How can we collaborate and how can I get my pictures to you?
There are several methods for sending pictures. They can be sent digitally or via postal mail. The best method for your pictures will be discussed during a one on one consultation via a telephone conference. Face to face meetings are encouraged for local accounts.
How long will the project take?
All work is custom and attention to detail is key, so any less time spent on your project would reflect in quality and creativity. If the video is a gift, or for a special occasion, such as a wedding, please allow plenty of time for us to complete the work and deliver it to you. Under certain circumstances a "rush" can be placed on the order, particularly if it's a memorial video for a funeral. A 30% fee would apply on any "rush" order.
How will my pictures look in the project and how much input can I give?
The quality of the pictures in the projects will be directly related to the pictures provided. Enhancements and color balance can be done but the quality of the pictures will have some impact on the project.
You can be as involved as you'd like or as uninvolved as you'd like. If you already know what you want, we'll do our best to make it happen, and if you don't know, we'll help you decide. If you would rather leave it all to us, that's fine too, we've got lots of ideas. Your home movie is reviewed and edited minute by minute, so "no stone is left unturned". Our creativity and experience allow us to work with minimal direction. In any case your finished project will be something you'll be proud to share, guaranteed.
Why should I use your company instead of doing it myself?
If you have a fast computer, the appropriate equipment, good software, and plenty of time, then we encourage you to do it yourself. We use equipment and editing software to produce a professional product, not to mention our experience. You simply cannot achieve the same results with basic equipment and software.
